How do I get in?

Knox Heritage Place is a popular spot. We have a waiting list we go to when a vacancy does arise.

We are a seniors facility, and as such, residents must be 60 to apply for market rent apartments. To apply for rent geared to income programs you must be 65 or older. We provide apartments only, there is no enhanced care offered by Knox Heritage Place. If you meet this criteria we welcome your inquiry.

If you wish to be added to the market rent wait list, we suggest you download our application below or contact our office.  Currently our wait list for market rent is approximately 3 to 5 years.

A little over 50% of our apartments are reserved for individuals eligible for subsidized rent. Subsidized rent is provided by Halton Region.

The Halton Region subsidized housing program is also known as rent-geared-to-income (RGI). It provides safe, well-maintained rental housing for individuals and families with low and moderate incomes. Knox Heritage Place has a limited number of apartments eligible under this program. Click here to learn more.
